At uCare iCare, we have certified and experienced medical professionals who can provide community nursing care under the NDIS program. Our experienced Registered Nurses can assist you with your medical needs that require a professionals attention whilst you stay in the comfort of your own home. This may include: assistance with bowel care, continence, diabetes management, PEG feeding, catheter management, ventilator management, subcutaneous injections, medication management, wound care and pressure area care. Our Registered Nurses will work with you along with your doctor and other allied health professionals to develop a health care plan (once we have your consent).
