Saeed Ghobadi
Saeed Ghobadi – Director
Saeed Ghobadi is the Director of uCare iCare and a Registered Nurse with nearly 10 years of experience across a broad range of healthcare and community service settings. His professional background includes hospital care, aged care, district nursing, advocacy, disability services and disability employment.
Saeed established uCare iCare with a strong commitment to improving the quality of support available to vulnerable members of the community. He is passionate about ensuring that participants receive safe, respectful and person-centred care that genuinely reflects their individual needs and goals.
As Director, Saeed provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the organisation. He is actively involved in service development, quality improvement, participant outcomes, staff support and maintaining high standards across all areas of service delivery.

Nelly Lotfi
Operations manager
Nelly Lotfi is the Operations Manager at uCare iCare and holds a Bachelor of Information Technology. She has over three years of experience working within the disability and community services sector and has developed a strong understanding of service coordination, operational processes and participant support needs.
Nelly plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organisation and supporting the smooth delivery of services across uCare iCare’s programs. Her background in information technology also allows her to contribute to system improvement, operational efficiency and effective communication across the team.
Nelly is highly committed to ensuring that participants, families, staff and stakeholders receive responsive, organised and professional support.

Tania Rashidabadi
House Coordinator
Tania Rashidabadi is the House Coordinator at uCare iCare and holds a Diploma of Mental Health. She has over four years of experience across mental health settings, administration and the disability sector.
Tania brings valuable knowledge and a calm, practical approach to her role. She supports the coordination of accommodation services and works closely with staff, participants and families to ensure that each home operates safely, respectfully and in line with participant needs.
Her experience in mental health and disability services allows her to provide thoughtful and person-centred support, particularly in complex support environments. Tania is a valued member of the uCare iCare team and contributes greatly to the quality and consistency of our accommodation services.

Michelle San Jose
Service Quality officer
Michelle San Jose is the Service Quality Officer at uCare iCare and is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of experience across aged care, nursing, disability and education.
Michelle brings extensive clinical knowledge, sector experience and a strong understanding of quality and compliance requirements. In her role, she supports the organisation to maintain high standards of care, strengthen internal processes and promote continuous improvement across service delivery.
Michelle’s broad professional background allows her to provide valuable guidance to staff and management. Her experience in education also supports the development of staff capability and helps ensure that our workforce continues to provide safe, informed and person-centred support.

Mina Sanouni
BA and IT Coordinator
Mina Sanouni is the BA and IT Coordinator at uCare iCare and holds a Master of Information Technology. She has over 15 years of experience across business analysis, information technology, and data analysis.
Mina brings a wealth of technical expertise, analytical thinking, organisational skills, and problem-solving abilities to the team. In her role, she supports business improvement initiatives, system management, technology-related processes, and operational efficiency across the organisation.
Her extensive experience in business analysis, ICT, and data analytics enables uCare iCare to continuously enhance processes, maintain effective systems, and support seamless communication between staff, participants, and management. Mina plays a key role in ensuring organisational systems align with business needs and that supports are coordinated effectively as the organisation continues to grow.
Our Wider Team
In addition to our leadership team, uCare iCare is supported by a dedicated and experienced workforce across a range of service areas.
We currently have three Team Leaders who support the day-to-day operation of our five accommodation homes. They work closely with support workers, participants and management to ensure that each home is safe, well-coordinated and responsive to individual participant needs.
Our team also includes:
A dedicated nursing team providing clinical oversight, health-related support and professional guidance.
A support coordination team assisting participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with suitable providers and achieve their goals.
A cleaning team supporting safe, clean and comfortable home environments.
An accounting team assisting with financial processes, invoicing and administrative support.
A team of passionate and experienced support workers who provide direct care and daily support to participants.
Our support workers are an essential part of uCare iCare. They are carefully selected for their compassion, reliability, experience and commitment to providing high-quality support. To ensure ongoing professional development, our staff participate in quarterly training through eTrainu, as well as internally developed training programs tailored to the needs of our participants and services.
Together, our team works collaboratively to provide safe, respectful, person-centred and high-quality disability support services across all areas of uCare iCare.
