Craigieburn House

Our Craigieburn home is a modern and fully wheelchair-accessible property where Supported Independent Living services can be provided to eligible NDIS participants.

The residence has been designed to promote comfort, safety, dignity, independence, and ease of movement while maintaining the warm and welcoming feeling of a genuine home.

The property features three spacious bedrooms, including a large bedroom with a private ensuite. Accessible bathrooms, wide doorways, and a practical layout assist residents who use wheelchairs or other mobility equipment to move comfortably throughout the home.

The kitchen provides a welcoming space for meal preparation, shared dining, and developing everyday living skills. Residents can participate in cooking and household routines according to their abilities, interests, support needs, and personal goals.

The outdoor area provides a comfortable setting for fresh air, BBQs, social activities, and relaxed time with housemates or visitors.

Person-Centred Support

Our trained and experienced support workers provide individualised assistance based on each resident's assessed needs, preferences, communication style, routines, and goals.

Support may include:

We work collaboratively with residents and, where consent is provided, their families, nominees, support coordinators, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, and other providers.

This collaborative approach helps ensure that supports are coordinated, responsive, and consistent with each participant's NDIS plan and personal goals.
