What is SIL?

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Supported Independent living (SIL) is assistance or supervision with daily tasks to help you live as independently as possible with other people with disabilities or on your own. You will receive support with everyday tasks like cleaning, meal preparation, cooking, personal care and other day to day tasks.
